Polnjena rdeče paprika - ocvrta



Kadar je tak dan, da ni prevroče paše kaj bolj močnega in tako kosilo je izvrstno.
Ocvrta polnjena rdeča koničasta paprika...
In to so potrebne sestavine, ki pa jih količinsko prilagajajte:
Rdeča koničasta paprika (1 večja na osebo)
  • Tofu (25 g na osebo, bolj po občutku), tofu lahko izpustite in uporabite večjo količino čičerike ali kakšne druge file. Zelo dobro se obnesejo tudi nasekljani praženi šampinjoni
  • Kuhana čičerika – (žlica na osebo)
  • Nekaj špinače
  • Ovsena smetana, lahko jo zamenjate s sojino ali sojinim jogurtom ali celo izpustite in maso dodelate z vodo

  • Česen, poper, sol, drobnjak, peteršilj
  • Rastlinski napitek ali voda
  • Polnovredna moka
  • Koruzni škrob

  • Olje za cvrtje
Koničasto papriko zgoraj prerežemo in znotraj očistimo. Prej jo namočim za eno uro v vodi s sodo bikarbono. 
 
 
Pečemo jo v pokriti ponvi, lahko v pečici, da se lepo zapeče in se olupi.
